The Durian Supreme Dessert Challenge is a live, on-site competition that revolves around the Musang King durian theme, encouraging participants to unleash their creativity, break conventional boundaries, and combine durian with a variety of ingredients and innovative techniques to select the most imaginative dessert chefs. The judges are international seasoned baking masters who score the entries based on multiple criteria, including creativity, flavor harmony, presentation, hygiene, and technical skills. The judges will score the participants' creations according to the standards of the World Association of Chefs' Societies and will award trophies, medals, and cash prizes to the best participants. Champion: Gold medal, trophy, and 2,000 RMB; Runner-up: Silver medal, trophy, and 1,000 RMB; Third place: Bronze medal, trophy, and 500 RMB.
